Special recommendation regarding hotel booking

Participants have to do their own hotel booking. Rooms have been pre-reserved and special rates negotiated for conference participants in the hotels listed below. Those rooms and prices are guaranteed until a specific date that varies according to the hotels (between April 30 and June 1). It is important to stick to those dates otherwise you might find yourselves without any accommodation. It is even advisable to book early to get the hotel of your choice. All hotels are close to a tram or bus line leading directly to the conference premises.

Bear in mind that hotel booking in Geneva is always difficult at time of international conferences and during the tourist season. This year the difficulty has increased due to the European Football Cup (EURO 2008) that Switzerland co-organises.

Important:

EADI Conference participants are requested to do their own hotel booking.
Choose a hotel from the list below and book directly through the hotel e-mail (column 7).
It is imperative to respect the reservation deadlines listed in column 6, otherwise you may find yourselves without accommodation as Geneva is very crowded in June.
To benefit from the special rates negotiated for the EADI you must indicate the reference "EADI/Axécible".

Should you be prevented from attending the Conference please meet the cancellation conditions of your hotel in order not to be charged but also to allow other participants to have accomodation. We appreciate your understanding.
